Gerard never actually says what he wanted Obama to pass AND survive a legal court challenge.

All gays wanted to do was get married. Thats it. Comparing that to a "black issue" Obama could have fixed is completely missing the point.

OK. What black issues does he want? Gerard says "I know Obama couldn't get reparations"...ok...so...what specific black policy is he talking about then?
