Young Thug is just better at what Wayne was trying to do with melodic flows. In that sense Thugga shyts on Wayne, but as far as a whole career Wayne shyts on Thugga(how many rappers are there with the same success after him are there?). The shyt I see on the Coli you'd think Thugga is a carbon copy of Wayne but I just don't hear it. When I think of Wayne I think of Neck of the Woods, Hustler Muzik, Leather So Soft, Go Dj type shyt. He may sound like him in some songs but when I listen to Thugs songs I try to imagine Lil Wayne's voice but only hear like 1 line that Weezy would say. I get he was influenced by him so similarities have come up but as far as saying he straight jacked Weezys steeze is blasphemous.
