I really don't see how C4 was that different from C3 as far as quality. same randomness, nice beats, inability to stay on topic and mixture of hit and miss punchlines. There seems to be a general opinion that C3 was a modern day classic while C4 was absolutely terrible. I think both albums were average with some moments and a lot of moments. I wouldn't put one that much higher than the other
