Philly.... 3 years ago me and my nikkas was grabbing a bite to eat after a long night drinkin. It was like the beginning of Ramadan. We go inside the Checkers and order. Now if you ever been to Checkers you know these silly bytches who work overnight take fukkin forever to whip up a lil ass burger.:terry:
Around 10 minutes pass and we gettin heated. I was hungry but there was one other nikka hungrier. Some muslim nikka in the drive thru starts snappin.they blow him off n keep bullshyttin
Next thing you know homie pulls out a pistol and starts waving it while cussin them out. We inside likebut don't leave cuz we already paid.
I vividly remember the drive thru girl (also muslim, had the scarf on n shyt) coppin please talmbout "please stop sir its ramadan! You really gonna do this on ramadan?!"

It's called hypocrisy. I'm not knocking anybody's hustle, but how can you call yourself a person of faith and your whole image is based on trappin and killing niccas. Im Muslim and from Chicago, and there's brothers here who do bang I know many brothers who are or were formerly BPS (Black P-Stone). I dont condone it, but it's out here. The only difference between Chicago and Philly is that brothers here who live that lifestyle dont brag about it but in Philly it's almost like it's cool to act extra hard and be the worst Muslim you possibly can be.
There's still come code of honor here even amongst brothers who bang, sell drugs, etc. It's not really glorifed and if you actually talk to brothers out here gangbang alot will admit it's wrong but that they got caught up. It's different living somewhere where it's 50 plus year old gangs out here like BPS recruiting every little kid in sight and somewhere where it's just little flash in the pan street crews that last for 6/7 years and break up. I never understood why these dudes in non-gangbanging cities choose to be goons. You can duck or avoid joining these weak flavor of the month drug/street crews easier than you can avoid joining a legit gang. Look what happens when the feds indict these crews they fall apart. Look what happened when the leadership of GD, BPS, VL, LK etc get indicted, the gang REMAINS. So why waste your life gooning for some bumb ass street crew that is here today, gone tomorrow? Makes no sense.
