I went through the list pretty quickly, but F.T (Fuc That) is the most underrated rapper ever IMO.
Not saying he is the GOAT or anything but he has a lot of skill and rarely gets mentioned

The worst thing is that 2 dudes from the same era, Big L and Big Pun, both generally considered equally dope. Pun was successful, Big L was not and yet Pun is #2 and Big L is not on the list.
