After countless wack listing and ranking every article.
It finally dawned on me.
I was like,..where do I remember all these huff ass rankings and bullshyt non-cultural reasonings.
Written to be make believe like they have some cultural footings...
Then, it there it was,.....

Complex = hiphopinfinity.com

Speak on it,...
I will speak on it further.

HipHopInfinity was always on some nerd 'THIS IS REAL HIP HOP" shyt. Place was littered with white dudes, always on some uppity, obscure ass shyt. You're right in a sense, if you mean they're the polar opposites of each other but still don't know what the fukk they're talking about, then yeah, I guess so.

Yall don't get it.
Complex, Fader, and Pitchfork are a bunch of White people who use to love Indie and Alternative rock and once that got stale, they quickly moved on to rap, consumed as much of it as they could without any of the context or ability to relate to the music, and now they control the online narrative of Rap. I've seen these magazines single-handedly blow up artist like Kitty Pryde, Riff Raff, and Yung Lean. If some BS rap trend or artist appears, you can guess which group of editors sat in conjured them up. Nothing but a bunch of racist who use irony to hide behind.

Rap journalism is a total joke, dude a few comments up hit it on the head. They have no cultural understanding or perspective. But they just reflect the larger trend in rap mainstream, where rap music lost it's own sense of cultural perspective. No sense of history, no attempt to preserve any redeeming cultural identity. Now any one who wants to scrape a living together in that environment has to hold silent and be complicit in it, until they suck the last bit of economic life out of the culture and music.

PREACH!

I really think these hipsters are racists undercover or subconsciously because a lot of the times lately it's the nonblack or non threatening artists that get all of the love from these sites. just my opinion.
