"best rappers", not "most popular", kednrick has always been considered as the best.
The list is what it is. I just find it funny the hate for it is much less than normal. You had nikkas ready to set fire and pillage the Complex offices in that Wale thread. It's all about agendas though. Rap fans need to stop acting like they aren't as biased as these blogs, websites and magazines.
