I've been a collector since around 2002, but gave up on Jordan's around 2011
Then it was too many people hyping the shoes up, now it's even worse
I bought fire red JIII for £90 in around 2008 or so, then when they got released again over here they had almost doubled in price. Nothing about them was better
Then the amount of shytty variants and colours they release just dilute the brand. The quality had dropped too.
Right now I'm thankfully down to around 50 pairs of kicks overall I still have some Jordan's but I don't wear them to any decent places.
I'm an Air Force guy primarily. But I still love what Nike do with the Huraches, the Roshe, etc. In addition I'm getting more into my Acis and other brands.

This part of,the answer the other is they making some garbage color ways like them coogi looking 7/8's and everybody ain't trying to pay damn near 200 for older tech sneaks countless times a year. Now if you missed out on them before, want a fresh pair, or something like that yeah but sneaks you've already had or still have relatively new why get another pair. I have the 7 bourdeax from 2011 that it rarely wear why do I need the new pair? Just because they look more like,the og? I'm good on that even though I do like em. I think most people think like that and the price too high now where people got really want them now.The answer is quite simple...they've started to make more of each shoe so the fukking resellers can't eat
