It is what it is, if you're hood that's on the outskirts of a larger city then gentrification is going to happen, it's already happening in East Orange to an extent. Whites are buying up all the houses on the Bloomfield outskirts and the same is going to happen on the Newark outskirts real soon.

Same thing happening up here in Bergen county(the working class part below I-80) too. Luxury housing complexes and a ton of "We Buy Houses" signs been blooming the past 2 years in Hackensack in areas literally across the street from the hood. :snoop:

Everybody in prime location is getting fukked.

Compton was a White suburb after all.

There's def very high density residential zones in la tho, with plenty of projects all over la.

I stay in Compton now. The thing about Compton is that it has direct access to 4 major freeways so you can get to downtown LA (where people work), the beach/ports, and hollywood in a reasonable amount of time. Basically it's in a central location. Also housing in LA is stupid expensive and Compton is one of the only cities where you can get a house for under 400k so its really one of the only options for people who aren't rich

It's still ghetto here (not as bad as back in the day) but I can see that shyt changing in a decade or longer as they build it up and more people move here because there's not many other cheap options.

There aren't any white folks here now (mainly mexicans here) but I think the city is in too good of a location to be like that for long.
is there a sizable black population or are mexicans running blacks out of compton. Bc the latter is what the coli tells me
