my laptop currently has a core i7 2630QM. the difference in processing power between the 2630QM and the 4700 is not that great.
1) should i get a new mobo for a about $50
2) get a new one with a haswell chip(Core i7) on it for about 900.
3) Wait a couple months for the refresh haswell chips to come out?
4) or wait for the Broadwell chips to come out sometime next year?

) and gaming . thing is i want to get me one that last me 3-4 years. Thats why i try to get relatively high-end(processing power) laptops where the only thing i got to worry about is mobo, fan repair.
Lenovo makes good laptops but their high-end stuff are too expensive(geeks.com closed down) and base warranty is only one year. Toshibas are trash
to HP man.. wont have to buy another laptop for another year.
