This the only time i approve of skin bleaching. when you got black ass elbows and kneecaps and just want to make the complexion match the rest of your body.

Hyperpigmentation goes away with age, when I was a kid my kneecaps were Wesley Snipes status now there's no difference.

Skin lightening and evening is a losing game, most people don't know this, but Black people get lighter as we age and cacs slowly get slightly darker.
