I get your point and I agree with some but there is nothing wrong with being transphobic(?). absolutely nothing. I wouldn't want my kids exposed around those people.Notice I didn't say majority I said many. And stop treating BLM and the black community as if it is some sort of vacuum. Do you even talk to black people on a daily basis. Do you know how much homophobia is woven all into our shyt breh? I love my people and many of us are very forward thinking and very eclectic. But I have to interface with my people who don't have education and don't have these wide, nuanced views of the world. Homophobia/Transphobia is a VERY real thing in our community ESPECIALLY among older generations and church going folks. I don't see why that's so hard for you to understand. As if black folks are widely known and continue to perpetuate all kinds of social phobias.
