I just get the feeling that if they announced a new album (no double CD bullshyt) and the label hyped it up, that shyt would do ARTPOP numbers because cats just arent checking for them like that anymore.

the kast name itself has never meant automatic sales. when the music has been great theyve sold, when it wasnt, they didnt (idlewild).

if this happens id be surprised, but i felt that it had to happen if another kast album or a dre rapping album was to ever come out. could be a sign that theyre more on the same page or it could be a money grab, either way it would be good to see them on stage again.

Meanwhile, Big Boi releases albums that 7 people buy and he constantly throws shade/subliminals at 3000 for whatever personal reasons he has (which is understandable). Be real fam, you think people are reeeeeallllllly fiending for some Big Boi music? You got motherfukkas who copped Speakerboxx/TLB and never even bothered to listen to Speakerboxx because they were on that "Hey Ya" shyt hardbody (which is fine).

Overall or first week? Because 250-260K first week would be a huge deal for a group who hasn't put out music together in over 10 years. That would mean that a lot of people were still checking for them heavy.

No chance they would do Artpop numbers unless they had a big pop crossover single like Hey ya. But I agree with you overall
