She is absolutely the most public example I can think of with regards to someone doing this. She didn't even really deny it like others, and mentioned at some point
how girls who look sorta like her now would get all the attention.

Sad to see how fine she was, and her demons lead her here. However if she is happy, then its all good, though she is a huge cautionary tale about a

I don't think CTG is bleaching his skin, he said he was evening out his skin tone and fixing discoloration, it's a bit silly for us(who are not dermatologist) to jump up and down and scream 'YOU'RE BLEACHING YOUR SKIN' whenever we see a black person get two shades lighter.

Yea, its obvious is more than just envy or something. People throw around "self hate" all the time, but this is the biggest example I can think of. And its depressing, because
she didn't simply lighten her skin and wear weaves, she changed *everything*. Everything. And there is no going back.
