This is some stuff you expect to see in Eastern Euro oligarch countries or African dictatorships.
It's fascinating when it happens here. I hope hashtag-gang will finally understand why people "flee" their countries. There was no such thing as going back and fighting when you have no say whatsoever in the corruption that happens in your country.
We are witnessing this right now in America as our president and his cronies blatantly enrich themselves with half a billion dollar jets and billion government contracts for themselves while stealing from the public. Infrastructure, healthcare, and education be damned.
And again the mirrors between what's happening now and what happens in third world countries is mind-boggling. So now if you go to court and try to sue, the judges have been packed with loyalists turning the rule of law into toilet paper. If you go to the streets and protest, there is a nice little, extraterritorial jail cell waiting for you in El Salvador.
All trump and friends need to do To complete the third world playbook is declare martial law when the inevitable protests happen over the summer
