yeah I can’t remember where I heard it but someone said it doesn’t make sense holding grudges (especially over petty arguments) if you know that ultimately what the person did wasn’t enough to warrant you not speaking to them ever again…and obviously if they did do something that can’t be forgiven then they need to be immediately cut-off permanently so in either event short-term grudges seem pointless
