You really said Reigns doesn't have psychology in his matches? But then you said he's not as good as Cena who almost never uses psychology in his matches? :dwillhuh: In ring wise, Reigns is what Cena SHOULD have been. Cena has no flow to his matches. Just spamming false finishes and unnecessary indy spots. A regular Reigns match doesn't have that fast food wrestling style that Cena loves to do. And most importantly Reigns actually sells during his matches.

And Reigns isn't over? :dwillhuh:

And the "We Want Cena" chant was only ever heard during that one match. The same crowd that randomly starting chanting "CM Punk" during a Del Rio match.
As much as i dont like the guy, i gotta agree. Roman has solid psychology. His selling is ass but almost no one short of Rusev is actually selling out there these days. I'd call that a problem with the direction of the matches in general than roman. even though the superman shrugging off finishers shyt is lame, during the match, he knows how to tell a story and I gotta salute that. He's improved a ton in ring by being put in with guys he can play off of and learn from.

As entertaining as Cena's false finish big spot matches have been this year, I gotta say on you're on point

U do know wresting is fake right?

When I say better, I mean all around. Cena is Cena for a reason. Love him or hate him you can't take his shyt away from him. He's a boss...

I'm not a fan of Cena and say what you want about him, but the guy elicited a passionate response from the get go.
Even in the infant stages of his SuperCena run, when he won, the crowd erupted.
When Reigns beat Ambrose at SvS, the roof didn't come off of the place. As a matter of fact, the crowd didn't "pop" (since that's what we're using to gauge how over Reigns is) or rally until he speared Triple H.
They weren't elated to see him as champ. When he beat Bryan at Fastlane, for as much grief as his fan base had been given and the supposed resentment they had towards Daniel and his fans because of it, you'd have thought the roar would have been deafening.
He pinned Bryan, some people said "Yay," and then they promptly headed for the exits.
There was no passionate response, which is telling because during the match, the crowd was nearly split at exactly 50/50.
There's no way that ovation is that lackadaisical and lukewarm if that's John Cena.
The fact is, Reigns doesn't elicit the same response from fans, even his own "fanbase."
Fans may have hated Cena during his run, but his fans definitely off set it and were just as passionate in their support of him.
That fact is why, despite the claim of a "vocal minority" not being behind the man, he still doesn't have the title.
Vince is still hesitant to put the title on him because he knows dude isn't over like that.
His "support" comes off as artificial as his booking and push, which is why they've been holding the title hostage for the guy going on a year now.
If that was Cena, he'd have the belt already because hate or love John, he had it in spades in comparison to Reigns.
The ratings are free falling.
Not only because of Reigns, but in large part because the way the roster is written at the expense of one man.
They got away with that with Cena because Cena had it.
Roman doesn't and eventually they're not going to be able to book high spots nightly for him to get cheers.
They're not going to be able to continue to feed the entire heel roster to him, while simultaneously nueturing their baby faces so that he stands superior above all nightly when his current talent level simply doesn't warrant it.
They're extremely fortunate a legit competitor isn't around. The plug on Reigns would have been pulled in the summer.

The fact that I was talking about selling obviously acknowledges that wrestling is "fake". But Reigns is better than Cena in the ring and tells a better story in the ring.

Reigns is alright with me. He gets unnecessary hate because the upper management wants him to be like cena when he's just not that. Dude really doesn't even need mic skills to get over.

Also people need to give that Daniel Bryan stuff a break. Reigns been putting in work all year. It ain't his fault he gets the nod over Bryan when that's what the company wants.
