Cut that check
How you only join monday and your rep so low![]()
In the thread I made about black men not standing up for black women some of the nikkas acted like whiny hoes and neg repped me.

Thanks. Black Labor White Wealth is on my read list, but I'll cop the other books by Amos Wilson.
As to the post about the coli fund, I'd advise strongly against it. The one thing I've come to realize is that the number of dudes on here who actually want to advance our cause and end our oppression is incredibly small. I'd say less than 10 people. There's a lot of white people pretending to be black and A LOT of black people who's goal is to cause confusion and dissension. They're not going to do anything and they have 0 intention of ever doing anything. They're just here to be contrarian.
If you seriously wanted to do something like that on here, I'd say you'd have to have some ground rules.
1. Make it a private group where it's invite only
2. Require regularl meeting where your required to show up on camera so we know who you are and what you look like
3. Show proof of identification (drivers license for example) so you KNOW who you're dealing with.
Online, people can pretend to be anything, and some people have an agenda to make sure fukkery happens and they'll destroy any and everything positive.
But if you can get something positive going, you already know you can count me in, as long as whatever books we buy comes from a black owned store (@2Quik4UHoes says he works at one but of course we'd have to verify it).
I see. The only problem on my end is trying to mobilize the people who would be down on here because I'm not a well known poster and I feel someone would take it seriously if it was you or @2Quik4UHoes at the forefront of it. When I bought copies of Amos Wilson's book years ago, it was through his publishing company and I actually chopped it up with the guy who runs the publishing company. The Brotha was very knowledgeable and helpful. But I have no problem buying from @2Quik4UHoes bookstore.
If you don't mind, I could send you some excerpts from Amos Wilson's book to give you a glimpse of what's in it if you'd like.

Why? To give these suspect white employers even more incentive to not hire you? A check needs to be cut. Everyone else was cut a check, but when it come to us, we're scared to demand a check![]()
Or flip it like they do native americans so an employer can get a few thousand dollars in tax credit to hire us.. That would drop the unemployment rate for AA's. There's a multitude of solutions on this thread. but overall there's a lack of willpower to make any of it happen..
?Black folk at large don't practice group economics like that. Dr. Claude Anderson explained it that we are not in our right minds yet. We got to use money to own our properties, schools, police departments, gun shops, and so on to circulate solely with other black people. If not, having a check will go to short-term shyt, like paying bills for something that you don't own, or materialism. We gotta develop ourselves mentally before we can handle that big ass check.
lol, I dunno if I'ma be shooting proof pics at work n shyt. Have people lookin at me strange, it's already weird enough lurking the coli at work thinkin somebody gon look over my shoulder and pull my card. It's bad enough I've had to explain this place to my co-workers.
But there might end up being some on the website since they were taking pics while we was setting up for the book fair today. But seriously, a lot of cats talk but actions the only shyt to be acknowledged. The website fixed, but you can PM me also and expedite the process since I'm in charge of shipping and inventory. I have Blueprint for Black Power on deck, my vendor is out of Afrikan Centered Consciousness and Black Wealth but I have ever other Amos Wilson title and PowerNomics. I work Monday to Thursday if any of yall fo real, I'm only working the weekend for this week because of our children's book fair. I can have them packages ready asap tho.
If it was a GAY reparations bill, Obama would've been did an executive order on it.![]()
Yo breh, the plan was to get a coli-fund going to get those books in the hands of people who are looking to do work in the community but need a solid foundation and road map to do so. I haven't fully thought it through because the idea itself was on the fly, but I would definitely not want nikkas to be blowin ya spot up like that. I've already implemented some of the strategies in Blueprint for Blackpower with a circle of my friends and local community events, so I know the solutions work.
But Blueprint for Black power is a big ass book, and it took me to two years to read and I'm still digesting the information and referring to it all the time. When I purchased my copy, I got it directly from the publisher and the guy who took order chopped it up with me and we keep in contact fairly often. But I'll definitely use your sight from now on to buy my books. Speak of buyin, yall get that Neely Fuller joint on deck?
Obama has been consistently against the idea of reparations, arguing that the government should instead combat the legacy of slavery by improving schools, health care and the economy for all Americans.Obama doesn't support reparations. He never did. He said so during the 08 elections and as president.

Dudes can't even manage the money they're getting today man. 97% of our money right now goes to white people every year. The the more disposable income we get, the richer they get, and the more they pass laws and create policies to fukk us in the ass.
exactly what crossed my mindWhy? To give these suspect white employers even more incentive to not hire you? A check needs to be cut. Everyone else was cut a check, but when it come to us, we're scared to demand a check![]()
I never thought about that. It could work if there are people who are ready to get involved in it who want to put into the fund to get the books. I already have em, @bdizzle already has em, and you can get em easily. So that pretty much leaves everyone else and so far, no one else has really responded to me about the idea. But I truly believe that if we got something going, it could snowball into something bigger.Sounds like a nice plot breh, why not groupfund? I mean, we donate to this site cuz it was built by us and for us. So why not use something similar with this coli-fund? I never read Blueprint(I will someday) but I took notes from the lecture damn near word for word. lol, Neely Fuller is tough to find breh. It's certain books that are easy and some that are like finding lost treasure. Him, Jacob Carruthers, certain volumes of the Metu Neter series, a lot of good Van Sertima and Nkrumah books. I'll put it to you like this, I never stop looking for those titles just because people never stop asking.
However you want to do it is fine tho. Just let me make sure I got the right amount on deck. Sales have been slow since Kwanzaa so we tryna pick it up this month and springboard from there.
