This is why I don't get how people shyt on boxing. UFC got these overhyped superstars who catch major Ls so it makes you wonder how good these guys actually are. It happens way too much for me to buy into their stars.

UFC will be fine because Dana White is an amazing marketer and been manufacturing new stars for over a decade and you doofuses keep falling for it.

Yeah but the buy rates and live gates this guy was doing I can't blame him tryna get more of the pie especially before his brain turns to mush :ehh:

All kidding aside, if seeing that dude die made him reevaluate his choice of profession I wouldn't blame him for walking away. Any time you step in the cage or ring you're literally putting your life on the line. Look at how many boxers have died over the years or ended up needing round the clock medical care.

I'm about 99% sure he's trolling but you never know.

Another thought I just had, maybe those rumors of him using cocaine or being on PED's were legit. He decides to "retire", they don't reveal his drug or PED issues and he goes away to get clean. I may be reaching but I wouldn't put it past them to do this.
