So back in the 70's certain boxers Didnt do just thatBullshyt. When you have a brain injury you are in hospital. Don't know if any of you have ever boxed or been around the boxing scene. You arent out doing cocaine and drinking like a maniac the day after having a brain injury from a fight.

So back in the 70's certain boxers Didnt do just that
In the 80's football players wouldn't be known for doing just that
In the 90's Mike Tyson not only talks about this, he did it with a broken back... SPINAL!!!![]()
No you're not
If you have a concussion, you can just be seen by a doctor and sent home.
I've had a few and never stayed overnight at a hospital
A couple things tho... Conor is not a boxer. Im sure he doesnt know different strategies to "boxing" while ur exhausted.as a boxer? Or some other shyt
Because when I got tired I changed my shyt up.. By either clinching, leaning on the ropes and shelling up, or I would take a knee if it got that bad. Never had to, but I wouldn't be ashamed to do it especially if it was a real match
If you stumbling and bumbling around in the ring, getting hit in the face, thats on you
Ive never seen too many decent boxers even allowing themselves to get to that point. If you can't hold on, you go down. Not get hit in the face for 2 minutes and not fight back.
Ref did do the right thing though, I agree. I disagree with being exausted to the point where you just get hit in the face for minutes being normal

Concussions aren't a traumatic brain injury. They literally happen everyday.

Google is your friend... friend
He was exhausted in the third roundA couple things tho... Conor is not a boxer. Im sure he doesnt know different strategies to "boxing" while ur exhausted.
Another thing, How you know that Connor was exhausted,.. not hurt.. Is that Late in the 9th round he looked the same way.,, the ref was close to stopping it then. But when he came out in the 10th, he was better.. because he got a chance to rest. He never looked hurt, dazed or confused in the corner. Once the 10th started going... the lil bit of energy he got from the break was gone. And May put him away...
Mayweather hurting him or not hurting him, is important. Theres different ways to beat ur opponent. Being the better, more well conditioned athlete is one of them
Gotcha and GotchaHe was exhausted in the third round
Even in his open workout he was gassed by the 3rd round just on the heavy bag... It was obvious and usually that comes from trying to hit the bag hard but not shifting your weight into the punches.. Basic technique, you don't even have to exert that much energy into your punches for them to be hard if you shift your weight
Why yall think Floyd was able to tee off on his face for almost 2 minutes without breaking a sweat
I agree, Conor is not a boxer but he challenged one in a boxing match... His fault
I agree with some of what you saying but Conor wasn't conditioned enough for this from jump. Floyd could've been put out earlier but May was not seriously boxing him. Im saying getting hit in the face repeatedly hurts anybody, especially an amature. Being tired doesn't mean being wobbly af.. Which is what the physician is saying. Something was wrong whether Conor wanted to admit it or not. Im not even saying he was out on his feet because you can be wide awake with a concussion.
All dude said is that he showed minor symptoms and I agree
What does it matter? So this news is some baiting shyt? Why didn't it just say concussion?
What does it matter?
You said a concussion is not a traumatic brain injury and the LITERAL definition says its exactly that![]()
Idgaf what you heard, its what it isI've heard anyone call a concussion a traumatic brain injury in real life. What gyms did you go to? The ymca?
Idgaf what you heard, its what it is
