budden is a known liar. he lied about getting checked by duffle bag ran. he lied about the incident between him and raekwon until the events were shown on tape. those are two instances he's lied about real street nikkas checking him. more than likely, he's lying about this, and cons isn't even in the streets like ran and rae are.
