I went to the University of Memphis.
Loved how Memphis was a 65% predominantly black city and decide to stay after graduation.
Majority Black Politics
Police Department is majority Black
A lot of Black businesses
A lot of Blacks in upper management positions.
1/4 of Black people have a college degree as compared to 1/6 of Black people in Dallas.
The city is geared specifically towards Black people and Black culture.
Memphis is not overpopulated or congested like DFW.
Yes Memphis have a crime problem(Like most black cities) but I never had any problem while living here.
And most importantly I don't have to deal with prejudice coming from both CAC, Mexicans, or any other group of people that looks down on Black Americans.
Diverse areas has never benefited Black Americans throughout the history of this country.
Memphis reminds me of how DFW was in the 90's.

Memphis is always ranked in the Top 10.
My money goes a long way here and that's in the good areas of the Mid-South.
