I don't understand, wouldn't him complying in this situation get him in more trouble. He's clearly a fukkhead with dangerous views, he would've revealed that by sitting down with them. So if they weren't able to arrest him he did the correct thing by stalling them. Not even sure why they went over there without the ability to detain.
