Yeah, politics aside, I really can't deal with people like that.
In my field the logic needs to be consistent and add up or you get a broken product (can't cheat computer code).
People who don't take accountability for the mess they make but instead only complain about the problems that exist while additionally creating more issues to deal with are people I dislike working with the most.
If we can somehow scope them out and expose this behavior before the interview, we don't hire them.
I have my qualms with Democrats, but Republicans and their side of the political spectrum are straight up liabilities to a better life for everybody and a working system. It's like their codebase is a big section of our country's politics and policies and it's a huge mess. The majority of them fit the description of the wack co-workers I was referring to.
