A good soldier doesn't always have to fight to make a positive impact. Its as simple as knowing NOT to kill each other over senselessness.
I don't know how effective these goons and soldiers can ultimately be, but I am 100% positive that the hate and anger are aimed in the wrong direction.
A good number of us are in fortunate situations, and don't need someone to guide us. But a lot of these children obviously do.
Someone who has the communitys best interests at heart. They cannot be bought or influenced by those who dont love the people,
They will have the the financial means to implement programs strictly for Black at-risk youth (or potential goons and soldiers). These programs won't fix every thing over night, and some people will commit terrible acts either way; but I'd rather the youth be surrounded by positive influences, than pressured by negative influences into doing dumb shyt.
These programs will also address the physical, and mental health issues of the children and families that need it. This will help ease future generations into positive contributors to the community.
Sellouts need to be replaced from our sphere of influence. The kid selling and promoting hard drugs and violence in these communities is doing it because he feels (for whatever reason) he has to. He's wrong, but he isn't the HNIC. Where are the weapons coming from? Where are the alcohol and drugs coming from? Who is telling these kids what to do? They can use resources to make killing ourselves easier, but when it comes to real solutions, they rarely come through. Crumbs here and there, but nothing that would really tip the scale.
Again, people are going to do fukked up shyt regardless--- there is no perfect formula. But if you accept the negative stats normally attributed to, and promoted amongst at-risk Black folk in the states (everywhere really) as normal then I dunno what to say

status. People underestimate people from overseas and think that the average black breh in the hood is Beanie Sigel status that can take down entire armies. Hell no, only a small percentage of black people are goons, and they don't give a fukk about the black community.
