Did you try the street food? If yeah did you get sick from it?
Yes and Maybe.
I'm not sure if I have an iron stomach anymore, but I had all types of street food, hole in the wall restaurant food, chain, uber eats, and high end.
Second to last day, I'm at a coffee shop at the end of a bike tour.
"Would you like some water?"
When I'm expecting a bottle, they come out with a glass of water.
"Is this from a bottle?"
"Yes...."

The first black woman I saw was a big Shirley with a dog in my building/hotel. This is why I leave America.
On the dog tip, los hombres love dogs in Mexico City. I was vexated.
The next set of Black folks I saw was a Haitian encampment oddly enough next to the museum of chocolate. I'm glad the Mexican government did something for them, but how bad is Haiti that living in a tent in Mexico City is a good move?
I'm out of step with the Coli in that regard. Got love for all Black people and for Latinos.
But I had a lot of socializing call sociopolitical thoughts in Mexico.
