Considering their tiny population are Jamaicans the most influential people ever?

jamaica is a "black" country and the jamaicans of afro descent are the ones Im talking about and the only ones "black" jamaicans can claim as far as achievements. An afrojamaican shouldn't be claiming anything from those "others" in Jamaica like the Chinese, Indians, Syrians etc..

The term Afro-Jamaican doesn't even exist in Jamaica. Every one knows Jamaica is black country. doesn't mean non blacks are not Jamaican. This is a hard concept for Americans to accept tho.

I would expect you to understand what they are talking about. It seems you and other Jamaicans are falling into the same flawed thinking Dominicans fall into when using nationality. We know Jamaicans are not all black and that its a nationality. However this thread has steered to intra-AFRO Diasporan achievements. You guys using Chinese Jamaican achievements makes it worse because now the AA side can now use Asian/White American achievements...

Since when did Jamaica claim Biggie? Is being Jamaican a "Race" now? Last time I checked, he was a black man born and raised in the United States. I'm pretty sure his death certificate says African American Man, not Jamaican Man.

did you know if you or any Haitian American went to Haiti you'd be called blan (white) while an Arab born in Haiti would be neg (black/nikka)

I NEVER heard ANY Haitian tell me that. I understand that me myself am not a true Haitian for obvious reasons but I know many Haitian Americans(friends and family) that always visit Haiti and never told me that shyt. Come on @Dip You know we are specifically talking about black Jamaicans.

I know about the creole part but definitely not Arab Haitians being called black and not Haitian Americans.
