All of those are on my PS3. What are you talkign about? And why do you insist on comparing consoles that just came out 6-7 months ago with all others or acting like the PS3 is dead now? Dense much?

you were the one that said "The money and effort to buy two consoles are both lesser than the money and effort/hassle to keep up on this "upper tier" status of PC gaming." my point is you'll need more than "two" to play all these games. especially when you move the bar to "series". wasn't Persona 4 a PS2 game, and Persona 5 still to be released (on the 'last gen' PS3)? are there not games in that series that are only on handhelds?

You guys claim PC gamers all nerds that only care about specs, but the Xbots are represented by a nikka who buys used mattresses and N4O are represented by nikkas who brag about playing BF4 in 900p compared to 792p. And the keyboard mice argument is stupid, you can plug up just about any USB controller and use it.
The only reason PC gaming seems expensive is because nikkas upgrade their shyt all the time because they want to, not because they need to. This GTX 760 I copped could last me throughout this entire generation (mostly high-some ultra settings steady 60fps), but people see something new and shiny, they feel like they need to upgrade to get the best possible thing instead being happy with that have which was probably more than enough. That's the money trap that comes to PC gaming.
As far exclusives go, yea there aren't games that I can't play on PC. Destiny, the later Halo's, all the Sony exclusives, but that works both ways. If you have a PS4 you can't play Xbox exclusives and vis versa without buying multiple consoles. There are plenty of really good indie or off brand developer games (non 2d side scroller games) that are available and that aren't DOTA or MOBA's.
Stalker the Shadow of Chernobyl is a game I've been playing recently that's great.
And then getting the games dirt cheap is the biggest plus of PC gaming. had my first steam sale this summer and wow, these PC cats weren't lying about these prices. And if you're still tight on the wallet, you can always pirate the games and get them for free.
But with all this said I still do like to use my console for my main sports gaming hub and for exclusives like Destiny. Cause sports gaming isn't really that big on PC and Destiny made by Bungie whatever they actually try on is gold.

IMO pc lost its Edge around 2004, the fps competition is a step above consoles by far but everything else that made pc gaming difference(mods, custom maps) is being removed from every AAA title because of this DLC cash grab these console kids have gotten suckered into..... kids think today think paying 15 dollars for 4 maps is some kinda deal.....
some AAA devs do 'get it'. it's crazy that Skyrim is still in the top ten most played games on Steam. much of that is because they do allow for modding, and even encourage it by having Steam Workshop support and such
Skyrim with mods is so amazing though. I don't even remember what vanilla skyrim looks or plays like. I've been doing a playthrough with the requiem mod which is so GOAT
Games that have a great modding community behind them can give games such long life spans. I wish developers would realize that and make their games more open to mods like Bethesda has.
