Constipation after a long ass flight unappreciatiion

Crazy cuz the minute I decide to work out my stomach is like lets go nikka!
Really annoying how a flight could do that even on the plane during my 10+ hr flight My stomach was like “nah nikka we good
Go back to your seat I’ma tell you real proper when u gotta go this is just false alarms now ”



But its over now only lasted about 3 days
