WWell humans at first never drank cows milk. It's more an adapted than a natural thing that came from pasture and farming. Most Africans didn't drink cows milk until recently and aren't necessarily geared to tolerate milk.

Lactose intolerance is common among African and African descended people. Asians didn't start drinking milk until recently either.

i stopped rocking with milk once i was introduced to soy milk then dropped that once i got a taste of almond, cashew and coconut milk

i love ice cream and other desserts that uses milk tho so that's the only time i'll have some

welp, doesn't matter what you think when academic research traced it to europe. secondly, we're the only species that drinks another species' milk and the only species to do it past infancy....milk is not supposed to be a part of our diet.

The same a academics speculated for decades that the Ancient Egyptians weren't black --- and look and behold genetic tests have proven them wrong. They can be just as wrong about milk as Egypt.

Now, I want to emphasize that I speculate that maybe milk drinking itself didn't begin in Europe, but rather spread the most u ubiquitously and culturally there (( since Europe is so small information travels most quickly there compared to other continents). I could be wrong and the academics right however. Just my theory after seeing some Africans Shepherd animals like cows and drink milk from there.

exactly, nikkas in here acting like the majority of the world aint lactose intolerant - africans and asians can't really process lactose, we're not supposed to be eating that shyt, especially straight up milk. the bacteria and processes to turn things to cheese and yogurt help break down the lactic impact of those dairy products, but straight milk? i look at everyone over the age of 18 who's still drinking milk with disgust
