What the is your definition of folding up? First half i give you we played like shyt. But like i said how did we fold up if we came out in the second half & dominated them?We blaming the RB for the 3rd & longs? But not giving the Ducks defense credit for that?
The mere fact that you keep saying second half over and over...like the first half didn't happen...let's me know...that you know...exactly what I mean about your team folding up...
You didn't play like shyt in the first half...you jumped out and scored 18 points...and then Mariotta got popped...and then your team went into a shell and MSU spent the next quarter in a half styling on them...
And then...Mariotta made a play...MSU blew a coverage that led to a touchdown...Oregon got their legs back under them...and walked away from MSU...
Give the Ducks credit for that? Breh do you only watch Pac 10 football? Langford spent all last year racking up yards against defenses putting 8 in the box against him...and I know you not trying to tell me that the ducks have some Juggernaut defense
I guess we will find out in November if it was good Oregon defense or a guy who usually gets it done just...not getting it done

I agree wit this now...in the past Oregon would have gotten crushed in the SEC...but now...with even the SEC running the spread...yeah...they at least wouldn't be food like they would have been back in the Dennis Dixon days

...do you just watch Pac 10 football? Michigan State has literally spent the majority of the last decade playing the Michigan's and Ohio State's of the world tough for about two and a half quarters...and then...giving up about 28 unanswered points the rest of the way...just like they did in this game ...them beating Ohio State last year was the first time in forever when they finally hung with a good team...and gasp...didn't fukk up and lose it down the stretch...

But tonight kills that physical bs for a little until we play Stanford. Also what you call folding up for Oregon is the first two quarters, i call playing like shyt. Helf called a horrible game. Even with the 18 points, the OL wasnt helping Mariota out. But he kept having Mariota looking down field. While Pellum & defense would straight up playing soft. We were getting any pressure on Cooks. I lurked this thread, then had to bail, but I just got a chance to watch the second half, and this is exactly what I expected Oregon to pull off. Speed kills and they just needed to find their rhythm, Oregon always stutter steps then as soon as they start hitting targets, its a snowball effect. MSU didn't choke, MSU just got Duck'd.
