Nah when I used to watch TNA like that a year ago it seems like they were repping it but wasn't acknowledged by anybody from BC. Think Chris Bey might have gotten a retweet from Jay White 2 yrs ago and that's it.

Ace Austin and Chris Bey was part of Jay White's BC, but once David Finlay took over, ABC sided with War Dogs which was acknowledged. However, with New Japan and TNA stopped partnering up with each other due to TNA's partnership with WWE, ABC was quietly removed from the group as oppose of being kicked out.
