They aren’t signed with AEW. They only had 1 match there and I don’t watch other promotions outside of AEW/WWE/TNA so I don’t know if they have been a team or not

It doesn't even have to be a squash. Hell they could've had 2.50 of running circles around TayJay before Anna reverses into the Queenslayer on someone, TayJay run to the ramp to celebrate and they play it as a lucky win against talented newbies.

You're right. Three minutes is plenty time for a wrestler to showcase their work and gain some fans before they put over their opponents. Many "household name" wrestlers like the Usos, the Hardys, Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, and Mick Foley did stints as enhancement talents before they blew up. Losing on your way in, and losing on your way out is a pro-wrestling tradition.
