But you can't keep getting rid of people based off crowd reactions, you do need people to work matches. If they got rid of people that don't get reactions then you'd lose about 80% of the roster.

That’s why they have people in NXT as a pipeline They don’t have house shows much anymore, so basically they only need tv talent.
