The hate is weird and extra, but 3 mins is still there for you to use your way it's only going to not be of benefit if you're not creative enough to turn it to your benefit.

It doesn't even have to be a squash. Hell they could've had 2.50 of running circles around TayJay before Anna reverses into the Queenslayer on someone, TayJay run to the ramp to celebrate and they play it as a lucky win against talented newbies.

The issue is when they bring in a new talent if they dont already have a name (Willow, Aminata, Skye Blue, Julia Hart etc) they job. A lot. Tony likes to build them up that way. It make Willow one of the most compelling story arcs in the division with the Stat stuff and also got Skye over (until the heel turn which I still see as a mistake). Aminata seems on her way up now.

All Tegan and Miranda had to do was wait and now shes on the outs with the second largest company in the world (amicable or not) and the largest does not see her value at all (they even let Dakota go and she was FAR better). Bad move and to be honest im willing to bet that Miranda made the move and Tegan followed. Worship p*ssy, brehettes

Miranda's been around ROH and the indies, I think they've been wrestling about the same amount of time tbh.

Ironically Miranda has a win over Willow while she was still working her jobber shift on ROH

Nah, breh. If you are there for 3 minutes the best thing you can do is make TayJay look like a million bucks. You have the time to do 2 or maybe 3 spots to stand out and the rest you gotta sell your ass off and be charismatic.

Then you go to the back, get praised for the good work you did and you get called back immediately. You work from there.

Why the fukk would a producer OK a "let me get a 2:50 minute showcase and then get a banana peal L so I still look impressive"?? you are there as enhancement talent. If you think you are more than that you gotta show it in the ring, not politic your way out of it.

I agree tbh the most sensible thing was to do the clean, Brooklyn Brawler making Ultimate Warrior look a million bucks job honestly, just saying it's still an opportunity to show something to the crowd if you have the creativity - even in the Megan/Marina match they got their kiss spot in, the crowd liked them and they had people rooting for them by the time they came back for the TayJay promo.

But however the match was gonna go, to blow all the good will because you couldn't find a personal benefit in being featured on live TV is a hell of a silly move.

Feels like it's getting overblown now tbh. The dirt sheets are gonna mine this shyt for all it's worth.

Haven't seen it mentioned much though that Maya and Hyan weren't just hanging out backstage, apparently they were booked for an enhancement match on ROH against Athena and Billie so they ended up pulling double-duty to get AEW out of this little hole.

I watched some of their comments on the stream (I've got flu and fukk all better to be doing) - sounds like Nixon is convinced it was all left respectfully and I don't doubt it was respectfully handled, but I got this feeling they think because they were respectful that they're going to get called back for something "worthwhile" whereas it might more be like "respectfully, we wish you good luck in your future endeavours as uncontracted wrestlers" on the AEW side.

Time will tell, the only thing guaranteed is that the dirt sheets will talk about themselves talking about this for the next couple of weeks no matter who they fukk up in the process. It was a stupid decision probably made in the heat of the moment but because SRS needs subscribers it's probably going to ruin the last year of Nixon's career... unless they manage to spin it back into a "fukk AEW" run in TNA/NXT and that'd be pretty lame.
