And they keep adding every person with a pulse who leaves AEW and pushing them big right off the bat. Just copying the same mistakes when AEW started signing every ex-WWE (mostly NXT talents who they were already beating in the ratings wars) wrestler with a pulse that led to years of people complaining over their booking either themselves on socials/interviews or thru the dirt sheets.

How long are people going to be satisfied with getting sent to the bench to make room for all ex-AEW talents of the month that couldn’t sell tickets?

The E roster is bloated AF. It’s like the mid/late 2010s again; maybe worse because of the NIL program.

And how long until TKO decides to go on a hiring freeze? If NXT didn't have the lucrative CW deal I could see TKO deciding to axe it, since HHH is obsessed with signing AEW wrestlers. HHH wouldn't even be signing these people if NXT was still his B&G.

The ID program makes is it even more bloated. They've been surpass the late 2010s bloat.
I didn’t wanna add it in because they’re technically still Indy talent, but if they signed contracts under the banner I guess you can include them. I’m mainly talking about main roster/NXT.

Should we include the future poaching of TNA/AAA/NOAH talent too? :heh:

That's a problem in of itself. With TNA, they probably want Hendry since they got Jordynne and that's it. AAA is a mess as very little have an contract in the company and whoever WWE is trying to keep, they can't afford to low ball especially if they don't care about the "WWE dream". Someone like Vikingo has options, so if they were to low ball him, he'll just dip and go to the highest bidder. Outside of getting Inamura, I don't know who else they want from NOAH unless they're trying to get Kiyomiya, Titus Alexander and/or Galeno.

“Probably” want Hendry? They’ve featured him too much to not pass on him. They gave him a Mania spot, dude. :heh:

These “partnerships” are just like any other sports team with a minor league affiliate. You can say NXT is their Triple A and the other promotions are double A status in their eyes. They’re using them to scope out potential talent. Anyone who watches sports can see this is how it’s looking like.

I don't even get the point of the ID program with the talent they signed to it. A good bit of them are like undercard indie talent. And allegedly Kylie Rae, who was by far the biggest IDed name, isn't even an ID talent anymore. Though I haven't seen that verified anywhere, it's just a rumor.

Like Jack Cartwheel is one of the more notable names. Dude is listed as 5'7" so in reality more like 5'5". The hell is WWE going to do with that? TK didn't even want to do anything with him in ROH other than make him a flippy guy to put over others in 8 minute or less matches

Literally every wrestling promotion in the world should be trying to get Kaito Kiyomiya.

WWE wanted Wagner Jr before he signed to AAA.

My guess is mid to late 2026.

Same shyt Ricky did. Some don’t wanna play the game and too star struck for something else.
The if they tell WWE “that doesn’t work for me brother” at the lowball offer and trying to get that big AEW offer, what incentive does AEW have to give them as big as what they would have gotten if they hadn’t given up all their leverage?

TK: Oh that WWE offer wasn’t good enough for you? Shocker, now you’re crawling back to me after saying you didn’t want to come back here? Well I’m a nice guy, here’s an extra $100K

Talent: But I know so and so is making more than that and she’s never been champion. I deserve more than her.

TK: Sorry, but you had your chance before, then you threw it away. I’ve got plenty of other wrestlers ready to step up to take your place. I know the WWE isn’t going to match this. They’re cheap and they never match my offers. So take it or leave it.
