If the pass is ahead of the line of scrimmage there is a logical belief that the qb placed the ball in a position that the reciever could get yards after that reception

In college especially, a lot of qbs just dont lead the wr correctly...only elite qbs at that level lead consistantly. In the pros we have grown to expect it.

I wouldn't go this far, but I do think they should start counting interceptions against WRs. Like if a catchable ball goes through a WR hands and it gets intercepted then it should be on the WR and not the QB.

I'd be curious which WR would have the most interceptions in history if we counted this way instead of only counting dropped balls.

NBA would be much more interesting if the playoffs had a 3-5-5-5 format or even a 3-3-5-5. The way the league is set up leads to the best or 2nd best team winning 99% of the time. The champ is usually the most deserving but it means most of the league has no real shot at winning. A best of 3 or 5 series means more upsets or potentials for upsets which IMO would make things more fun
