Converted the file system on my 1tb hard drive and lost over half of my data capacity is this normal

i have a 1tb hard drive and i converted it from ntfs to fat32 so my ps3 could read it.

It went from exactly 937gb to 418gb :snoop:

is this normal? whats gonna happen if i convert it back?

Depends on how you did the conversion, did you use Windows dsik utility or third-party one?

but fat32 is annoying as fukk, with its size limit of shyt that can be transferred to it. there are workaround, but its still gay

Copy the data onto your computer and then use windows utility (people says it sucks but it works for me)....

If you reformat it to ntfs it won't work on your ps4
