Really?Quote the bars.
Too many haters on the coli.
Conway had both his Drum Work artists leave because he was wasn't paying them right so he can't complain about how anyone else handles business.

Really?![]()
Not 7xvethegeniusYes. The female rapper (can't remember how to spell her name) said he only gave her 5k for an album.
)Are you blind?Conway's people already clarified what happened but somehow you ignored that. Mind you that video starts with zero context.
If you actually paid attention you can see the white dude on stage grab it but Conway pulls it from him and gives it to someone else. He didn't toss it off the stage. If that was the case he would've sent it flying anywhere into the crowd.
Now where are those bars?
Damn this nikka went in on Westside Gunn on that
"Two of my solo shyts is holy grails
That's the contracts is dissimilar to the solo deal
I wonder how some of you nikkas sleep at night
Knowing you ain't treat your people right
It took a while for me to even see the light
How recent is this?![]()
Are you blind?
Conway left Griselda 4 years ago, to focus on Drumwork.
And he's been saying for years that they worked out all the contractual sh*t they didn't agree on back in 2022, and West "doesn't owe me anything".
It's fake news:

Y'all never produce the evidence when asked
There was someone swearing Roc was taking shots at Gunn on every recent album but never quoted the specific lines. Unless names were said I'm not believing anything subliminal.
Conway dissed Westside on his upcoming album
Of course they're gonna play it down. They fell out and will get back together.
Lol @ he took it off the stage to take it home
That said, I don't think the dude has any clue what he's doing from a business and marketing standpoint for himself, or his imprint. A lot of wheelspinning and projects that aren't connecting since he stepped away from West
If we learn anything from the 90's it's to leave rapper labels behind. Wes is an exception. He is all the way business minded. For most other rappers their labels only amount to bad blood. Why does he need to be a CEO? All he had to do was give us what we wanted and it wasn't drumworks it was grizelda. He'll why can't grizelda family and roster all go on tour. They would clean up here and in Europe. Since they blew up they've never came to my city together once. His last album was critically acclaimed, and easily one of the best last year.
But he said recently that "it's hard" running your own label and that he's still learning. He's still cool with 7xve and Skeese. He promotes their new work on IG, and still tells people to go support them. 7xve said that he told her he didn't want to hold them back while he's figuring out how to be a CEO.
Roc Nation is helping him with Drumwork now. That's the kinda backing he needs because he's more of an artist. Not an executive. Everybody ain't built to run their own labels. You gotta deal with a lot of bullsh*t.

Yes it is. But then why do rappers need to be under other rappers. Why does Conway need a roster he can't manage. He could have been his own artist outside of Grizelda. Benny had no reason to go to Def Jam but he needed that brag (not bag) that badge. It's all legacy. It's not relevant to business today.Thing is, being indie today is really the best move for "underground" MC's.
In the 90's, different story. But today, nobody wants to sign to these labels and get raped. WSG spoke on this recently too. He said after he started doing numbers, all the majors started calling him. Problem is, you sign any of those deals, you have to sign away all your rights. So I'm not mad at rappers trying to do their own thing and own their music. They kinda have no choice. It's either that or get jerked by the majors.
As for Conway, he said Roc Nation is helping him to manage his label, but he's not in a rush to sign more artists and still wants to learn while he's doing his thing as an artist. We see what happened when Benny went to Def Jam, lol. That whole approach doesn't work anymore. Now he's back to doing his Black Sopranos sh*t. They all just want to own their own sh*t.
