nah, GDMM and AKTAG were pretty good. it definitely is one of his projects that feels like an actual album.
No doubt. I kind of divide his body of work into 2 types, and I have a top 3 for each. Reject 2, GOAT, and Blakk Tape to me are his best super gritty and grimy projects, but King to a God, God Don't Make Mistakes, and this new one are his most balanced projects musically, and my top 3 of what I'd consider to be his "well rounded albums" projects.

I love the second half of the album. When he is reflective, that is when he is in his bag. Reminds me of beanie sigel when he is gets like that. I really like the balance of this album and how it flows. I kinda wish timbaland gave him something more than a throwaway

you know the problem with today's hip hop is they release so much music to flood dsp's. I went back on some of his other stuff like La Machina and it wasnt as mid as I thought. these releases can get caught in between a lot of stuff so sometimes we dont have time to really listen. his other stuff isnt horrible its just they they dont have much replay or sound rushed like those Big Ghost joints.

sn: for the life of me I cant understand these artists, like why tf didnt they just hold all the Benny collabs and then release a Con x Benny album. if you take their best collabs that a great album. I know they not recording together live these days but Conway has released projects that the songs were old as hell. I remember hearing Lock and Load 3 years before GDMM was released.

sn 2: hey remember when Conway said he was only doing like 3 more joints and he was going to retire? WSG said the same thing and here we are 4 years later.
