cooking shows been trash. pinterest or a little google search for inspiration...i'm not into YT cooking videos, i know what i'm doing in the kitchen so sitting thru a video aint my style, give me the recipe as a starting point and i got it from there

PBS has the best food shows now. either that or youtube. smokin and grillin with AB's youtube channel is great

That's how a lot of restaurants are now. I see menus be like WTF.

Yea I don't mind some experimental stuff but there's definitely spots that OD with it. I'm simple though. I like a one page menu and a special or two. I prefer classic dishes and minimal high quality ingredients in general tho.
