Well, if he had the money to buy a Ferrari he could have paid the ticket. What he should have done was asked if he could move the car without a ticket. If the cop had said no, he should have waited for the cop to finish writing the ticket, looked at him like this placed the ticket under the windshield wiper for the cop, then went back in and finished eating. Looking out the window giving the cop That's what I would have done.
