Nah. People buy fake percs knowing they are fetnyl, they are cut with other non dangerous substances. The people who OD from the fake pills probably just took too many.

However, when cut with an upper (coke, crack, meth, Adderall) or when used together with an upper, shyt is extremely dangerous. Your heart doesn't know how to respond to what the drugs are doing in your system.

I don’t think a single grain of anything can kill you. And you don’t mix drugs with fent, you mix fent with drugs. And it’s best mixed with other powdery substances, which I suggest you don’t sell. Also, for the record, I’m a fashion consultant and I’m not trying to go fed, so I don’t believe it’s a good idea to tag me in narcotics related threads.
