For those who've been keeping up early on, what ever happened to breh w/the vest that was pulled from the crowd? And perhaps ive missed it but they've only been negotiating with the suspect in the garage? What happened to the ones in the car? And how did they know about the "bombs" before any suspect was apprehended?
