Yup, the neighborhoods with the highest violent crime rates are in East Flatbush, Brownsville and East New York.
Besides the Jewish neighborhoods don't have an IMPACT zone, that's proof enough.
Either way neighborhoods with higher crime rates are more than likely to have more police interactions.
