#ByrdGang (formerly Eastcoastnaga)
He admitted to being a gang member and condoned and supported murdering of young black males and called it black culture.

That's what you caping for. I told him, him supporting #blacklivesmatter was bs.

You can't kill your brother then cape for black youth. He shouldn't be on the team. That's reserved for the innocent.

:why: We're talking about a teenage girl in school who refuses to go to the office. Not some street thug with a knife in hand trying to stab an officer. Use some common damn sense.
Common sense? Well excuse me, but who in the fukk are you? Seriously, what experience do you have in managing a school, let alone the school in question, to tell anyone, with any sort of credibility, that their rules and policies are excessive, faulty, or whatever?

For all you know, that school might have a history of violent incidents, which forced the schools experienced decision-makers to put a policy in place to use officers to detain students who cause disturbances in the classroom. Maybe you should use some humility.

There's also this:

Deputy Ben Fields is facing a lawsuit in federal court accusing him of violating the civil rights of a student at Spring Valley High School. The student, Ashton James Reese, was expelled from the high school for “unlawful assembly of gang activity and assault and battery,” in 2013. He was accused of participating in a “gang related” fight in a Walmart parking lot near the school.

You can read the complaint above.

Fields, who did not respond to the fight, led the investigation, and described it as a “huge gang fight,” that was an attempt to unite three gangs at the school. He said Reese was identified as being in the video and being part of a gang. But Reese denies he is a gang member, according to the lawsuit.

In the lawsuit, Reese’s attorneys claim Fields, “recklessly targets African-American students with allegations of gang membership and criminal gang activity.”

A jury trial is scheduled to begin on January 27, 2016.

Fields was also sued in federal court in 2007 from his time as a patrol deputy. A jury eventually ruled in Fields’ favor. Read that complaint below:

The officer had also slammed a pregnant student in the past.

Your point being?
He has a history of questionable judgment when handling female students. He is a rather large man. He looks about 6'1 or higher. He also worked as a strength coach with the football team at the high school. Why slam a pregnant teenage girl? Only reason should be her having a knife or gun.

You can get killed by officers for nothing really. The negligence of officers is always excused by their agencies. The John Crawford and Corey Jones cases are proof of this.
Ok breh. This thread wouldn't be here if she follows what every black person who know better and understands what's happening in the us right now.
