How does one learn to respect authority or any thing(one) else for that matter, if no one close enough to them reach out, gain rapport and teach them?

GOOD POINT!At the same time, a black cop would know better and he knew everybody would come to his head and would lose his job, he knows this is a white man's world. a white cop know that he would get away with it cause it's his world and he knows he would wait for them to give him an excuse to do this.
If I had a kid and I would tell them, it's just listen to the cop and shut up and don't even argue about it cause you would give them the reason to do this...might cost your life, go to jail.
