COPS CAN USE FORCE (not excessive) TO REMOVE STUDENTS FROM THE CLASSROOM PROVIDED ALL OTHER MEASURES OF COMPLIANCE ARE EXHAUSTED.

Violence is a behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone(according to google). Key word is "intended". When you use words like "violence" in the context you did your implying that all parties who had the power in this case was intent in causing bodily harm, which is misleading because the physical force was intended to restrain safely for removal.

she used her cell phone to talk or do somethign the teacher asked her to put it away and she sid fukk you

she cussed out the teacher - teacher told her to leave - she said no

teacher calls principal - principal tell her to leave she cusses out principal and still refuses

they call the cop and her tries to ask her nice - she still refuses - he grabs her to move her she hits him he tosses her then cuffs her

the teacehr in the room and the principal wrote statements and stated the force used was not excessive

the sheriff in teh press conference said the ONLY thing that was excessive was throwing her - he said picking her up out of the chair was "correct"

when asked how to remove her since she is non compliant with force he wouldnt say -

he said pain complaince -

the cop had no other issues with teh school officially -the students going on the news and saying stuff now never made any kindof report about him officially

the principal and the teaching staff wanted him and he got an award for his role as a school cop - the only past issue he had was as a cop on the street and he got sued but the jury found in his favor and said they didnt believe anything the plaintiff said

those are he facts - there are NOT other substantiated acts in his record - thats from the sheriff at this afternoons press conference

Not that I view her as a thug or killer, but I've spent enough time in classrooms to know what teachers and guards are dealing with. That was during my school years when I ran with those same people. The older I get, and the more I look at things, the more I realize many of the youth are completely out of control and lack respect for their peers, elders, authority figures, and themselves. Not to mention, entitled.

The cop got fired rightfully for acting inappropriately.

The cop being involved was permissible however.

Someone has to be the adult in the situation. The teacher and principal are the authority figures in the classroom. They make the decision for better or worse what the consequences are for an unruly student. The child has no right to defy the reasonable request from the teacher or principal to leave the room so the other students can learn.

This mentality is the reason we got confused little boys out here telling adults they wanna be treated like girls and idiots like yall condoning it and taking cues from a child instead of being an adult and setting the rules for children to follow.

Both of my in-laws are now retired teachers. The shyt these kids pull now is rediculous and their parent(s) aint much better. shyt is rediculous all around.

Kids use to FEAR when their parents had to be called, now they almost fukkin encourage the school to call the teachers since the parent will believe the kid over the teacher.

Already warned both of my sons (8 and 3) that if I get a call from their teacher, I'm gonna fukk them up. And that's AFTER my wife gives them that work. Double asswhuppins like we used to get.

This is false.

RSOs are used to remove problems from the class room as a last resort. It doesn't matter how violent she was.

The clip only shows you when all the "talking" has stopped and the student hasn't complied.

She was given direct commands to leave by teachers, faculty, staff, and...then police officers.

She refused to comply.

RSOs are allowed to use a reasonable amount of force to remove students.

Read your laws. Students don't have universal rights inside those school buildings and they must comply with all demands.

And again, since I must keep repeating this: The cop acted inappropriately. The cop's presence was not inappropriate.
