Yea I watched it. Clearly saw a dude resisting arrest and trying to escape for several minutes, continuing to do so even AFTER one cop threatens to kill him, even AFTER the first shot rang out, and even AFTER knowing the cop still has a gun drawn on him. I dont know if adrenaline overrides common sense at that point but dude had ample time to chill the fukk out.

At 1:55, the first cop straight up executed him. He shot him 4 times at point blank range. I wonder if he did that out of anger thinking the guy, Aguilar, somehow shot him while being restrained.. not knowing it was his partner.

He planted a gun (presumably seized from the suspect) at 1:30. This was prompted by his partner asking "where is the gun?". It would not surprise me if he knew that his partner shot him via accidental discharge/misfiring.

I don't think you realize that even if what you said was factual, which is arguable AT BEST, cops can not serve as executioners unless they are mortally threatened.

the cop on the right was probably chocking him, that's why he was resisting.
did you see in the very beginning of the vid when the cop too his metal baton and smashed dudes hand with it four times...
the arm of that hand was pinned down by the other officer, why bash the hand?
i can't see how that would not have broken his hand, out of instinct anyone would instinctively resist out of pure self preservation.

And the problem is, a lot of you have not accepted reality. Your Utopia of law abiding police officers does not exist. Yes they should be charged and convicted of murder, but they won't. It'll be ruled justifiable homicide because dude was still resisting arrest even after one cop got shot. But even if they ARE convicted, the dude is still dead. He doesnt get to load a save
