This would all be so much more potent in NYC if there weren't so many damn non-whites...Don't lie I know its making you sick too..and I dont think it means Blacks are less serious about the issue compared to the ones in Ferguson...I just think the annoyance of hipsters in NYC is on another level....its like Ground Zero for hipsters....I can foresee a beautiful classic historical moment on New Years Eve or days before Christmas where they disrupt festivities....then I look up and see a bunch of pink faces........

By the way these events in the East and MidWest is history's way of balancing out the South's bad reputation in the previous generations and shutting up people who thought the North could not be like this....

great migration our people was like lets all move to the North ..... :sas1: now its all lets move back to the south :sas2: and we gonna keep finding reasons not to go back to africa

you just comin up with random shyt to say, i guess trying to sound smart.

NYPD Officer Who Fatally Choked Eric Garner Wasn't Indicted, Man Who Filmed the Incident Was

On the same day one grand jury decided not to indict officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner, an unarmed black man who was killed after being put in a chokehold last July, a different jury did indict 22-year-old Ramsey Orta, the man who captured Garner's death on camera.

Orta was charged with weapon possession after being arrested on Aug. 2, less than one month after taping Garner's confrontation with police. As seen in Orta's video, several NYPD officers confront Garner on the street for allegedly selling loose cigarettes. They're then seen bringing Garner to the ground, as Pantaleo places Garner in a chokehold.

According to an SILive.com report, Orta told the Staten Island court that he's being framed by police for capturing Garner's death.

“When they searched me, they didn't find nothing on me,” Orta said after his arrest. “And the same cop that searched me, he told me clearly himself, that karma's a bytch, what goes around comes around.”

He added later: “I had nothing to do with this. I would be stupid to walk around with a gun after me being in the spotlight.”

Police allege Orta attempted to hide an unloaded .25 caliber handgun in the waistband of 17-year-old Alba Lekaj, outside of the Hotel Richmond. Lekaj was not indicted on gun charges.

Despite Orta's claims and a not guilty plea, a Staten Island grand jury indicted him Wednesday with single felony counts of third-degree criminal weapon possession and criminal firearm possession. Orta is also accused of misdemeanor weapon possession and has two cases currently pending — one for accused robbery and the other for allegedly punching a man collecting bottles outside of his home.

Chrissie Ortiz, Orta's wife, called the charges against her husband “total BS.” She was arrested herself in August for an alleged assault between her and another female.

“I'm just worried about my husband and getting out the truth and making sure justice is served for Eric Garner and my husband, ” Ortiz said.

Chicago Cops Use Stingray to Intercept Protester’s Conversation, Leaked Audio Reveals

Anonymous leaks government communication detailing real-time cell phone surveillance

An audio recording leaked by the hacktivist group Anonymous appears to prove that Chicago police used an IMSI catcher, commonly referred to as a Stingray, to intercept phone calls during an Eric Garner protest Thursday evening.

IMSI catchers, small devices that mimic cell phone towers, give police and government agencies the ability to capture people’s cellular data in real-time. The audio, posted to the official Anonymous Twitter account Friday, reveals a conversation between the CPIC, Chicago’s Homeland Security-run Fusion Center, and a police officer spying on an alleged protest leader.

“Yeah, just uhh, the one of the girls is kind of an organizer here, um, she’s been on her phone a lot,” an unknown government employee told CPIC. “Are you guys picking up any, uh, any, uh, information, uh, where they’re going, possibly?”

“Yea, we’re keeping an eye on it.” a CPIC employee answers. “We’ll let you know if we hear anything.”

The leaked audio comes only one day after protesters began tweeting out pictures of a mysterious government vehicle equipped with an unknown device on its hood.

Wtf is this? It keeps flowing the protest. And It messes up my phone when it drives by #ericgarnerpic.twitter.com/yDFdwqgZ2y

If confirmed, the revelation once again shatters claims by police departments that Stingrays are only used to stop the most heinous of crimes.

Just last August, documents acquired through a public records request revealed that a Washington state police department used a Stingray to hunt down a missing city laptop, not to investigate a homicide, rape or kidnapping as the department previously claimed.

Speaking with Infowars last month, Kirk Wiebe, a highly decorated 36 year NSA veteran turned whistleblower, condemned the domestic use of Stingrays by police and federal agents.

“These devices feed the mentality of the Police State, not unlike that experienced under the Nazis (Germany) and Stasi (East Germany),” Wiebe said. “Law enforcement is using this information to investigate and prosecute people without warrants – that is unconstitutional. At the national level, the same thing is happening.”

Given the fact that federal agencies have been caught teaching law enforcement groups to deceive judges in order to spy on Americans illegally, the act is likely going on much more often than the average citizen realizes.

With leaked Department of Defense documents labeling First Amendment-protected protest as “low-level terrorism” in 2009, it is hardly a surprise that the government would deploy technology originally developed for use overseas against innocent American at home.

I'm surprised at how many people that I know are supporting the cops on Facebook. Blacks and Hispanics. My old mma coach has actually shown his ass to how racist he really is. Dude is just going in on anybody protesting and has so many white people Co signing him on FB and spewing racist shyt that it's sickening. I'm glad I don't train there anymore. If ya interested in going in on him, his Facebook is "master chim" and it's open to the public. And he puerto rican :snoop: but he wishes he was white.

EXCLUSIVE: NYPD cops warned militant group Black Guerilla Family ‘preparing to shoot on-duty police officers

A tattooed gang of militants declared open season on the NYPD in the wake of the Eric Garner grand jury decision, according to a threat a police union verified Saturday.

Ten Black Guerrilla Family members are “preparing to shoot on duty police officers,” Sergeants Benevolent Association President Ed Mullins said.

The gang, formed in the 1960s in the California prison system, recently surfaced on the East Coast and Maryland, where members are at the heart of a drug-trafficking and corruption probe within the Baltimore prison system.

Members swear allegiance for life and sport “BGF” tattoos, as well as ink depicting a dragon surrounding a prison tower, according to gangs.org.

An undercover NYPD cop learned of the hit put out on officers Friday evening — three days after a Staten Island grand jury decided not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo in Garner’s death. Mullins confirmed late Saturday night that the gang was gunning for officers.

Union leaders ordered all officers, on duty and off, to take extra precautions.

“Please WEAR your VESTS and carry your firearm off-duty along with additional magazines,” Mullins said in an alert. “Your priority is to go home at the end of your tour!”

Mullins does not believe the threat is directly related to the Garner decision.

“I think it’s related to the whole atmosphere,” he said. “Who knows if there’s a lone wolf out there or a small group that wants to do something.”

Wow what purpose does the constitution serve anymore? Where are the courts and judges that uphold it?
